Libraries are the heart of campuses and communities, but with technology changing how that looks, it is important to mindfully focus on what the soul of the library is, a place for connection and community.
At this retreat, we will reflect on the role of libraries in campus communities, and the challenges in making real connection in the digital age, as well as how to adapt and collaborate when the tools change those opportunities.
The retreat will offer in-person and streaming access to sessions.
Presentations will be recorded and made available after the retreat.
We will also include time and space for attendees to meet new colleagues from across Utah and catch up with friends and acquaintances.
